  The company was formerly known as Hangzhou Meite Auto Parts Co., Ltd., and was renamed Zhejiang Ciente Auto Parts Co., Ltd. after moving to Jiangshan. Matter passed the ISO9001 certification in 2002, passed the TS16949 system certification in 2009, passed the national high-tech enterprise certification in 2012, and passed the IATF16949 revision certification in 2018.
